Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind and it plays a vital role in physical, mental, and spiritual development of human beings. It teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured! International Yoga Day is celebrated annually on 21st June, since its inception in 2015. Yoga instructor is a Gold Medalist at National Level, highlighted the benefits of Yoga and under her guidance, students and Staff Members performed different asanas, pranayamas and meditation. The celebration concluded with the delivery of an encouraging speech by the Principal in which, she motivated the students and Staff Members to practice regular Yoga to remain fit!
